So I’m alive again after 10 days barely using the computer, and it was the best 10 days of my life. Not for that reason though.
The past 10 days I have spent with my boyfriend who came over from London and honestly there is no way to describe how much fun I had~ So for my friends an update:
For the first 3 nights he was here we went to Sea World resort and stayed in a hotel just the two of us which was great; when I made the booking I got 2 buffets, one for each of us but then when I got to the hotel they gave us a two for one coupon so we got 2 days of buffet breakfasts but then on the third day we tried handing them the card anyway and they accepted it with no extra charge so we had buffet breakfast every morning. So good. When we were at the coast we went to Dream World&Movie World and walked around Sea World a bit. For those who know me personally, they’d know I HATE roller coasters and I’m scared shitless of them. So at Movie World of course I got talked into going on the Superman Escape and the Batman adventure one that shoots up into the air. it was so scary omfg died and my shoe broke at Movie World too lol. At Dream World to continue the fear we went on Giant Drop, Tower of Terror II, Wipeout, Claw and the Cyclone. Can’t phrase my experiences any other way than AGHGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH shit
Yeah so then skipping over stuff we were back in Brisbane and after that we really just hung around, when I think back we were really busy a lot but I don’t really know what we did on those days anymore. We went to the movies a few times, went to south bank and on the ferris wheel, starbucks and pancake manor pretty much every day hahaha. We did go to the zoo with my friend Ellis and her boyfriend which was pretty good, not too boring but I think it’ll be better when they put in the new Africa section. To my other friends who read this I’m really sorry you didn’t get to meet him!! We just ended up really busy every day some how and ran out of time in the end, but when he comes back one day you can all meet him then!
On the day before he left we went to Wet N Wild and went on pretty much every ride. It was so scary at first but I had a really good time, I even went on that surfboard thing that goes really high and spins. Needless to say I screamed the whole time and when the ride stopped this guy turned to me and said I sounded like a bird. They have this new ride for those of my school friends who are like how I was and haven’t been since the school trip. This ride you stand in a tube and the floor collapses under you and you fall down a tube and go through a loop before coming out the end of the slide. I was so freakin scared and the ride kept malfunctioning but in the end I went on it and as it dropped I screamed so loud before my mouth and nose got full of water. My boyfriend said everyone in line including the operator laughed at me screaming because everyone before me was silent haha, typical. So basically I’m pretty famous for my ear piercing scream at these theme parks; I never knew its full potential until I screamed for a few minutes straight before yelling at the rides to fuck off repeatedly.
So yeah, I had such a fantastic time and it was really sad to see him go; we did the cliche turning around and waving until he could no longer be seen, and yes, I did cry.
My message to anyone who reads this, whether you have a significant other or not, is to cherish every moment you have with the people you love. Remember everything about them; their scent, their snoring, their laugh and remember the good and the bad because it’s those things that make your life really something special.
